All Returns/Exchanges must have prior authorization from an Our Botanicals Worldwide Staff Member. Unauthorized Returns will be considered a donation and shall be equally distributed to less fortunate members. Unopened Tinctures ONLY, within 7 days of receipt of goods. We gladly accept unopened Returns/Exchanges due to our error (bottle seal must be intact). Any returns not due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Sale items are NOT returnable.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days, although if you paid with Credit Card it may take a little longer as the Merchant Card Processor may take a few additional days to complete the refund.
All standard orders shipped within the USA will ship via UPS Ground, UPS Flat Rate (if requirements are met, only available online) or USPS Priority mail 2-3 day, depending on the members request at the time of placing the order. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow 2-5 Business days for Processing (this does not include the day your order was placed, weekends or holidays).
We strongly suggest that all International customers check with their local customs agency for their Rules & Regulations/Restrictions on the importation of Dietary Supplements and/or our Herbal Formula ingredients prior to placing an order.
All Standard International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International with an estimated transit time of 6-10 Business days to reach Customs. Please allow 2-5 Business days for processing (this does not include the day your order was placed, weekends, or holidays).
Please note: International shipping costs DO NOT include Import fees, Duties, or Taxes. These fees will be calculated and charged by the delivering countries customs agency once the shipment has arrived. Once a package has arrived to the delivering countries customs agency Our Botanicals Worldwide no longer has control over that package without opening an investigation with the United States Postal Service. Due to a 32 working day response time from the United States Postal Service, we highly suggest contacting your local customs agency for updated information prior to requesting an investigation. Under no circumstances will any package be declared at any amount other than the invoice amount. This practice is illegal, please do not ask us to do it. Customs fees are the responsibility of the package recipient, Our Botanicals Worldwide is not responsible for customs fees assessed for any international order. Any returned package due to non-compliance of Customs Fees/Rules & Regulations/Restrictions is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: We are not able to take responsibility for packages once they have left the USA. All USPS tracking details will be provided so that the customer can tracking package themselves.
