Why A 100% Fruit Detox Might Be a Mistake

Are you considering a 100% fruit detox? It is tempting, when you first learn about this lifestyle to want to go all in. However, it is not always the best solution. If you coming from a Standard American Diet (S.A.D.) as most people are, it is a huge step to change to your diet to be full of fruit. Most people are used to having only a few pieces of fruit a day, not entire fruit meals! So, be gentle. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. There will be hurdles to overcome on your journey, but going from zero to one hundred is a surefire way to make it more challenging than it needs to be.
